Join the Female Sports Forum for our next Women’s Sport Series, focused on inclusion in sport from grassroots to leadership. This in-person event, Breaking Barriers: Being Inclusive at All Levels, will explore how we can create welcoming environments in sport, challenge exclusionary practices, and build truly inclusive systems across sport and physical activity.

Speakers:
Judith Rankin- NORTHERN IRELAND NATIONAL MANAGER for Sported
Judith Rankin is NI National Manager for Sported, a charity which delivers expertise, resources and vital support to clubs and groups that use sport and physical activity to make a positive impact on young people and communities throughout the UK. With 10+ years of working with the NI Sported network, Judith is passionate about supporting voluntary leaders of grassroots clubs and groups to make a positive change around sustainability and inclusivity. Sported have delivered a number of insight-focused programmes around Women & Girls inclusion, helping groups to practically apply insight and learning to develop their programmes.
Aubrey Bingham- Community Sport Manager for DSNI
Aubrey is a Community Sports Manager with Disability Sport NI, he is a former international wheelchair basketball and wheelchair tennis player with +20 years experience in the field of disability sports development.
Aubrey is married with 3 children and has a love for travel, food, sports and occasionally tries the odd crazy pursuit, like sky diving, para triking or the making of unconventional journeys to follow his passion for live football viewing in far flung destinations.
Kerry Kirk- Sport Institute Northern Ireland
Natalie Niederman- Inclusive Participation Officer for the Female Sports Forum
Natalie has been with the Female Sports Forum for the past three years, working to create more inclusive opportunities for women and girls in sport across Northern Ireland. She holds a Master’s in Conflict Transformation and Social Justice from Queen’s University Belfast, where she focused on community programmes and restorative justice. Coming from a competitive swimming background at the NCAA Division III level in the US, Natalie combines her love of sport with her experience in community building and policy research to support programmes that help women stay active, confident, and connected.
