Netball NI \u2013 Head of Performance<\/h4>\n

Netball Northern Ireland is seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Performance to
\nlead our high-performance- and pathway programmes. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role
\nwill drive the strategic direction of performance netball in Northern Ireland and manage all
\nperformance squads, coaches, and multidisciplinary support teams.<\/p>\n

They are looking for a leader with proven experience in performance sport, strong understanding
\nof athlete development, and the ability to maximise a modest budget to deliver impact. The
\npost-holder will also act as a key liaison with funders and stakeholders, including Sport NI,
\nCommonwealth Games NI, Europe Netball, World Netball, UKAD, athletes, and sponsors.
\nApplicants based outside Northern Ireland are welcome but must be available to attend essential
\nNI-based activity\/events as required.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

\n
\n

Key responsibilities include:
\n\u2022 Leading the performance strategy and athlete pathway
\n\u2022 Managing coaches, MDT staff, and all performance squads
\n\u2022 Athlete progression, load management, and the competition\/training calendar
\n\u2022 Relationship management with funders and performance partners
\n\u2022 Budget planning and oversight
\n\u2022 Operational and administrative leadership for performance programmes<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

You will bring:
\n\u2022 Experience in performance sport
\n\u2022 Strong leadership and communication skills
\n\u2022 Knowledge of high-performance- systems, athlete development, and MDT environments
\n\u2022 Innovative leader with strong horizon scanning capability, able to anticipate future
\nperformance requirements and emerging risks
\n\u2022 Proven budget and stakeholder management experience<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
